Never done before, we managed to bring the prestige of the Taylor's National Agents Conference & Awards to international screens around the world.

We've hosted this major annual event for the last 11 years, and in 2021 the AFC Annual Congress took us to Bahrain, where we hosted a virtual meeting between 47 countries. For this event, we developed a special encrypted platform that allowed each delegate to upload their status updates,reports, and fiscal agenda. Members Associations could also vote on proposal amendments and alterations live.

Virtual Activation

Maxis wanted to host an entrepreneurship seminar that caters to 5,000 entrepreneuship nationwide. This seminar is set for 2 days with a month-long pre-registration. Through a virtual platform, we collect pre-registration data and tailor the user journey by recommending resources. On top of that, we provide ease of viewership and encourgage interativity through this microsite.

Physical Activation

The event was held in a 42 meter in diameter structure less dome complete with a specially built elevated steel track for a dynamic drive car show at Bukit Jalil National Stadium. To quote Malaysia's most famous car blogger Paul Tan "Never before has Malaysia seen such an elaborate and expensive showcase of this scale, it felt more like a VW Group motor show than a local event."

An icon of modern luxury, the BMW 7 Series is one of the most in-demand cars in the city. Guests had the chance to get full experience of the new BMW design and all its technological advancements. The real highlight though was the entire experience that immersed attendees in the BMW 7 Series lifestyle through a Fashion Show on stage atop a brand-new slate grey BMW 7 Series with favourite tunes, including classics like Fly Me to the Moon, to entertain the crowd.

Following a successful launch event, a series of fashion events were hosted to create buzz, garner interest, and thus position the brand amongst the upper echelons of society. Each event was hosted in anticipation of the final fashion show which was attended by many other fashion designers and models in the industry. Making it one of the most captured events of the season.

There are over 111 universities and colleges in Malaysia, and YOLO's core audience (Gen Z) is made up of all of the students that attend these institutions! With YOLO, Brands will have the potential to have DIRECT ACCESS to the university students, campuses and alumni around the nation through our 3 year plan!

The Watsons Get Active Fest has been one of the events we have proudly been able to grow together with a brand. With the participation rate going up from year to year, we saw an increase of 57% from the previous year (11,216 participants in 2018; 7,140 participants in 2017; 2500 participants in 2016 respecitively) that fueled over 590 social media posts to date.
