As the Assistant Project Specialist, you will help to ensure that all those parts work seamlessly to deliver a result that’s on schedule, meets requirements and delivers a profit to the company.
Job description
Collaborate with the team to articulate creative and strategic ideas into tangible solutions
Provide technical and operational solutions for delivery of the creative ideas to achieve the desired results within a specified budget
Negotiate with third party agencies and vendors to maximize profits while maintaining quality
Produce, manage, monitor and report on production and operational plans through the production process to ensure excellent detail oriented final implementation
Manage and coordinate third party agencies and vendors working on our behalf to ensure smooth, timely and positive delivery of work
Maintain and share proficiency and knowledge in new event tools, trends, methodologies, concepts and technologies to implement for projects
Job requirement
Experience in managing successful projects that involve cross-functional relationships with a profit
At least 1 years of experience in activation or event management
Tertiary, other qualification or relevant experience
A real understanding and passion for activation and events
Must be a creative, motivated self-starter who can work well as part of a small team
