Job description
Manage and grow the accounts while building a positive relationship with the clients
Collaborate with the team to articulate the clients needs into effective experiential solutions which may include on-ground events, activation and digital work.
Direct the strategic and creative aspects of the experiential solutions to achieve the desired results
Manage and coordinate between the client and the team to ensure smooth, timely and positive delivery of work
Maintain and share proficiency and knowledge with the team in new experiential ideas, strategies, concepts and technologies to implement as solutions
Job requirement
Experience in directing a team to specific goals and objectives
1-3 years of experience in agency account management
Tertiary, other qualification or relevant experience
A real understanding and passion for innovative, integrated marketing
Must be a creative, motivated self-starter who can work well as part of a small team
