In a nutshell
The operations assistant is responsible for managing day-to-day office and project processes and workflows, dealing with clients, suppliers and internal departments to ensure compliance to our standard operating procedures.
Job description
Manage task scheduling, timeline and on-time delivery between the client, suppliers and internal departments as well
Responsible for updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system
Manage and ensure proper project documentation and record maintenance
Prepare updates and reports for relevant operational results and performance
Assist in providing operational training to new staff and support for any operational issues or requirements
Assist in providing solutions and improvements to improve operational procedures, processes or workflows
Work with internal HR, Finance and Admin departments to manage and coordinate office requirements
Job requirement
At least 2 years experience in project management, administration or secretarial work
Experience in advertising, events, digital or PR agencies is an added bonus
Proficient in using MS Office, and ability to use Google Apps with an interest in productivity tools is an added bonus
Tertiary, other qualification or relevant experience
Must be an organized, disciplined and detailed self-starter whz
can work independently and as part of a small team
